American Express is getting ready to have a week-long celebration for its card members. As part of Member Week 2022, American Express will offer curated experiences and an array of deals for its members from Oct. 10 to Oct. 14. U.S. consumer and business card members can take part in Member Week.

During the week, cardmembers will have access to a wide range of deals for shopping, entertainment, dining, travel, and wellness — including a member-exclusive concert by Grammy-nominated rap star Jack Harlow.

Let’s take a look at what each day of Amex Member Week 2022 has in store for cardholders.

 L'Artusi restaurant

American Express has expanded its dining options since the issuer bought Resy, an online restaurant reservation system, in 2019. When using your enrolled card to make a single in-person restaurant purchase of $75 or more at any of the more than 200 Resy restaurants nationwide on Dining Day, qualified cardholders may get a $25 statement credit. The $25 credit may be used twice by Dec. 8, 2022.

The 200 participating Resy restaurants may be found on the Member Week website beginning on October 10. Saving up to $50 on two restaurant meals is a valuable perk for eligible Amex card members.

American Express card members are also granted a unique opportunity to book reservations at 20 of the most popular Resy restaurants — for one night only – on November 1. Some of the revered restaurants include L’Artusi in NYC, Jaguar Sun in Miami, Elephante in LA, and Owamni by The Sioux Chef in Minneapolis (touted as the best new restaurant in the US by the James Beard Foundation).

Cardmembers will also have pre-sale access to Ed Sheeran’s North American Tour (coming to stadiums across North America in the summer of 2023). Tickets go on sale for eligible cardholders beginning Wednesday, October 12 at noon local time through Thursday, October 13 at 10 p.m. local time, before the general on-sale.

Additionally, Amex cardholders will be able to buy passes for two Coachella Music Festival weekends from October 10 through October 14. More details can be found here

Thursday, October 13 — Travel

Alaska Airlines

It’s no surprise that Amex is synonymous with travel. Amex cardmembers love to travel and it wouldn’t be a proper Member Week without travel deals for eligible cardholders.

During Member Week, eligible cardmembers who book travel through can take advantage of offers from select airlines like Alaska Airlines, Finnair, Qatar Airways, and more. These offers come on top of the more than 200 travel discounts that have already been made accessible to cardmembers by a variety of travel partners.

Amex is giving cardholders who are especially interested in health and wellness a $40 statement credit when they spend $175 or more at The Spa at Equinox or The Shop at Equinox (including online) by November 24, 2022. Also, cardholders can sign up to get a $50 statement credit when they spend $69.99 or more on a single US subscription at by Oct. 31, 2022.

Bottom Line

Building on the success of the first Membership Week held in 2021, this year’s Member Week celebrates the growing interest that Amex’s cardmembers have in areas like dining, travel, and entertainment. So, whether you enjoy traveling, want to experience a fun concert, or score hard-to-get dinner reservations, there’s something for everyone during American Express Member Week. Don’t forget to enroll your card to save money starting next week and beyond.
