Bilt Rewards, the top renter loyalty program, has partnered with Lyft, one of the biggest transportation networks in the United States and Canada, allowing Bilt members to receive accelerated Bilt Points for Lyft rides. The partnership, which began on March 8, 2023, enables Bilt loyalty members and Bilt Mastercard cardholders to receive rewards. Bilt members can earn 2x Bilt Points on Lyft rideshare and 5x Bilt Points by setting Bilt as their active loyalty rewards partner and using their Bilt Mastercard to pay for Lyft rideshare.

Bilt Mastercard®

The Bilt Mastercard is absolutely worth it if you’re a renter interested in maximizing your rewards potential. Being able to earn points on rent without paying transaction fees is huge. But what makes “points” valuable is how you use them. Bilt’s loyalty program is comparable to Chase Ultimate Rewards because it has 10 travel partners in common with Chase.

Overview

The Bilt Mastercard has quickly gained popularity since it launched and it’s easy to see why. The card has been dubbed a game-changer because it offers rewards on rent payments, without transaction fees. Between generous category bonuses and premium travel perks, Bilt has created a card that appeals to frequent travelers and those who want a simple rewards card.

  • Up to 5x points when you use your Bilt Mastercard: Members can earn 5x Bilt Points once they've linked their Bilt and Lyft accounts, set Bilt as the active loyalty rewards partner, and use their Bilt Mastercard to pay for Lyft rideshare.

Lyft

The new partnership between Bilt Rewards and Lyft is a win-win for renters and cardholders looking to make the most out of their everyday expenses. By partnering with Lyft, Bilt Rewards is able to expand its rewards benefits to include transportation expenses, while also giving Lyft riders even more reasons to choose Lyft for their transportation needs. Plus, with no transaction fees, the Bilt Mastercard can be used to pay rent at any rental unit in the US. Here is the list of what Bilt cardholders can now earn points on:

  • Rental credits
  • Travel
  • Fitness classes
  • Shopping on Amazon.com
  • Down payment on a future home

Bilt Rewards is also offering one-to-one point transfers to twelve loyalty programs, allowing members to travel across 100 major airlines and hotel partners.

“Bilt is focused on rewarding people on their biggest life expenses, like rent,” says Bilt
Rewards Founder and CEO Ankur Jain. “Through our partnership with Lyft, we can now take
transportation, another major everyday cost for our members, and turn that into a rewarding
experience that gets members a step closer to booking their next vacation, workout class, or
even putting a down payment on a home. We’re excited to unlock this benefit for Bilt
members.”
